NOTICE REGARDING RECENT NFA RULING

We are aware of the recent federal court ruling concerning NFA registration requirements for suppressors, short-barreled rifles (SBRs), short-barreled shotguns (SBSs), and AOWs. Wisconsin was not a plaintiff state in the litigation, and the scope and implementation of the court's injunction remain subject to clarification.

At this time, we have not received sufficient guidance applicable to our Wisconsin transfers to change our procedures. Until further notice, we will continue processing NFA transfers through the existing ATF Form 4 process. We will update our procedures as additional guidance becomes available.
